- Approve the Tentative/Proposed 2026 Budget Presented. The Board is asked to approve the attached 2026 Budget Proposal, which outlines the anticipated revenues and expenditures for the upcoming fiscal year. This Board approval allows the budget to be submitted to the State of Utah as the Approved 2026 Budget. Analysis Attached please find 3 Exhibits as required to be presented for Public Review. Exhibits were posted for public view on November 11, 2025. Funding (if needed) No funding required Exhibits Exhibit A - 2024 Actual to Budget Comparison Exhibit B - 2025 Actual through 10/31/25 + Projected Spend Nov and Dec Compared to 2025 Budget Exhibit C - Tentative/Proposed 2026 Budget
