- Notice of Agenda The Plain City Planning Commission will convene in a regular meeting Thursday, October 23, 2025 in Council Chambers at Plain City Hall - 4160 West 2200 North, which meeting shall begin at 7:00 pm. This meeting will also be accessible via ZOOM. The agenda shall be as follows: Welcome: Chairman Maw Pledge of Allegiance: Moment of Silence/Invocation: 7:00 PM - Regular Meeting 1. Roll Call 2. Opening Meeting Statement 3. Ex Parte communications or conflicts of interest to disclose 4. Public Comments for items not on the agenda 5. Approval of Minutes for October 9, 2025 6. Technical Review Report: Deep Roots (Craig Jensen) 7. Administrative Items: Discussion/Motion: Updated plan for Plain City Commercial Parcels 190360003 & 190360024 Jake Finlinson 8. Legislative Items: Discussion/Motion: Subdivision Amendment for 4526 W 1975 N Mustang Run (Troy LaFluer) 2 lots Discussion/Motion: set a public hearing for November 13, 2025 for a Residential Overlay with Public Amenities for Winegar Trust and Western Basin Land and Livestock approx. 2500 N 5100 W (David Pitcher) Discussion: Brian Bingham- Senior Overlay 9. Report from City Council: October 16- Commissioner Neil 10. Commission Comments: 11.
