- Please note date change. Meeting moved from November 13th to November 17th to accommodate the election canvass. Levan Town PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the mayor and members of the Town Council of the Town of Levan, Juab County, State of Utah, will hold a Regular Meeting on Monday, the 17th of November 2025 at its regular meeting place, the Levan Town Hall, 20 North Main, Levan, Utah at 7:00 P.M. The agenda shall be as follows: The order of the agenda items may change. 1. Opening Ceremonies: Welcome: Invocation: Pledge of Allegiance: Local Building Authority - Agenda: None Regular Town Council Agenda: 2. Discussion Items/Action Items: Order subject to change a. Activities Update - Linda Hanks b. Election Canvass 3. Mayor/Councilmember/Department/Committee Reports a. Mayor/Council Member Reports b. Office Issued Permits Reports Nathan Rosquist - carport/porch roof Kirsten Brown - garage trusses/remodel c. Planning Commission Report d. Committee Reports e. Other Reports 4. Council Business: Approval of Minutes for October 9, 2025, Regular Meeting Approval of Claims (10-1-2025 to 10-31-2025) Approval of Payroll Comparison Report (9-1-2025 to 10-31-2025) Approval of Final Cash Receipts Report (9-1-2025 to 9-30-2025) Review Tentative Cash Receipts Report (10-1-2025 to 10-31-2025) Review Budget Report (7-1-2025 to 10-31-2025) 5. Public Comments: Each speaker may be provided with up to two minutes to speak. In addition to topics on the agenda, the council may allow public comments on other topics. 6. Convene into Executive Session - Discussion of the character and competence of an individual, collective bargaining, litigation, real property, water shares, security systems, investigative proceedings, deliberations, information regarding trade secrets, procurement process. 7.
