MATTERS TO BE DISCUSSED AT THE MEETING ARE OUTLINED IN THE FOLLOWING AGENDA 11:00 REVIEW/APPROVAL OF MINUTES FROM PREVIOUS MEETING REPORT AND APPROVAL OF FINANCES ADOPT NEW RESOLUTION FOR PTIF AUTHORIZATION APPROVAL OF SIGNATURE AUTHORIZATION FOR UTAH HERITAGE ACCOUNT APPOINT NEW CHAIRMAN APPOINT NEW VICE CHAIRMAN RATIFY HIRING ASHLYN SUNDERLAND AS NEW SECRETARY
