- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BOARD of MILLARD COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OFFICIAL ZONING MAP AMENDMENT APPLICATION # Z-2025-058 Zone Change from Agriculture 20 (AG-20) To Range & Forest (RF) Creekstone Energy LLC, Applicant Notice is hereby given that the Board of Millard County Commissioners will conduct a public hearing on Tuesday, December 2, 2025 at 10:30 a.m. at the Millard County Courthouse, Commission Chambers, 50 South Main, Fillmore, Utah, for the purpose of receiving public comment on a Zoning Ordinance Map Amendment application to change the zoning of the property described below from Agriculture 20 (AG 20) to Range & Forest (RF) located approximately 3 miles southeast of Delta; and more particularly described as: T17S, R5W, SLB&M SEC. 31: LOT 1, 3, 4, E2, E2W2 SEC. 32: ALL T18S, R5W, SLB&M SEC. 6: LOTS 1, 2, PART OF 3, PART OF 4, 5, 7, S2NE4, SE4NW4, E2SW4, SE4 [EXCLUDED LANDS FROM SULA 1955] SEC. 7: LOTS 3, 4, E2, E2W2 T18S, R6W, SLB&M SEC. 1: E2SE4 SEC. 12: NE4, E2NW4 T17S, R5W, SLB&M SEC. 34: S2SW4 T18S, R5W, SLB&M SEC. 3: LOTS 3, 4, S2N2, SW4 SEC. 4: LOT 1, S2NE4, SE4NW4, E2SW4, W2SW4, SE4 SEC. 8: ALL SEC. 9: E2NW4, W2NW4, E2, SW4 SEC. 10: NW4 T17S, R5W, SLB&M SEC. 19: E2 SEC. 20: ALL SEC. 30: LOTS 1, 2, E2, E2SW4 T17S, R5W, SLB&M SEC. 7: N2SE4 SEC. 8: SW4 SEC. 16: NE4SW4, NW4SW4, SE4SW4, SW4SW4, NW4SE4, S2SE4 SEC. 17: NW4, S2 SEC. 18: S2NE4, SE4 SEC. 21: N2 Containing 8,938.27 acres, more or less A copy of the application for the proposed zone change is available for review and inspection at the Millard County Offices, 71 South 200 West, Delta, Utah, and the Millard County Clerk's Office, 765 S Hwy 99, Ste. 6; Fillmore, UT.
