- NEWTON PLANNING COMMISSION AGENDA August 14, 2025 7:00pm Public Notice is hereby given that the Newton Town Planning Commission will hold its regular meeting on August 14, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. at the Newton Town Hall in the Town Council Chambers located at 51 South Center Newton, Utah 84327 The agenda for the meeting is as follows: (NOTE: The agenda may be accelerated or the line items may be discussed in any order.) Meeting Agenda 1. Welcome, Roll Call, and Opening Ceremony: Brock Call 2. Approve July 2025 Planning Commission Minutes 3. Assign Committee Member to review and approve Conditional Use Permits 4.
