- Hinckley Deseret Cemetery District Notice is here-by given that the Hinckley Deseret Cemetery District will be holding a Public Hearing on Monday, November 10, 2025 in the Millard County Office - Delta Courtroom at 71 South 200 West, Delta, Utah 84624 It shall begin promptly at 6:00 PM THE AGENDA IS AS FOLLOWS: 1. Motion to Open Public Hearing for Truth-In-Taxation a. This hearing is actively on-line by electronic device to accommodate those wishing to participate; however, unable to attend. b. Pledge of allegiance 2. Discussion and action regarding the Hinckley Deseret Cemetery Maintenance District's intent to levy a tax rate increase from .000174 to .000241 a 38.47% increase. 3. Motion to adjourn
