- CERTIFICATION OF THE PANGUITCH CITY 2025 GENERAL MUNICIPAL ELECTION RESULTS Candidate Total Votes MAYOR Mike Sarles 290 48.09% Kim Soper 313 51.91% - Elected CITY COUNCIL FOUR-YEAR TERM (VOTE FOR 3) James Walter Kinsey 306 27.13% - Elected Lori Veater 270 23.94% Bobby Owens 227 20.12% David Dodds 325 28.81% - Elected CITY COUNCIL TWO-YEAR TERM (VOTE FOR 1) Cindy Stewart 534 100.00% - Elected 1103 registered voters 611 ballots cast 55.39 % Voter turnout I, Tyrissa Howell, Recorder for Panguitch City, Garfield County, Utah, hereby certify that the information contained in this report is full, true, and correct, based on the General Municipal Election held on November 4, 2025.
