Public Comment NOTE: Comment will be accepted in person Greg Miles and virtually during the meeting, and by electronic submission at stacey@7county.utah.gov. Electronically submitted written comments will be provided to Board Members, summarized in the meeting minutes, and a complete copy may be requested at the Coalition email address provided herein. 3. Approval of Minutes for September 26, 2025 Greg Miles 4. Project Updates Board Members 5. Executive Directors Report Keith Heaton 6. Engineers Report Jones & DeMille 7. Communications Report Melissa Cano 8. Presentation, approval, and adoption of monthly expenses Smuin, Rich & Marsing Review and acceptance for September financial reports Discussion and review of Coalition projects detail sheets 9. Motion to enter closed (executive) session pursuant to Section 52-4-205 Greg Miles related to real estate acquisition, potential litigation, professional competency and trade secrets. Motion to leave closed (executive) session and return to open meeting. 11. Adjourn Greg Miles
