EnergySolutions, LLC request for a one-time, site-specific treatment variance from the Utah Hazardous Waste Management Rule R315-268-40(a)(3) to receive, treat, and macroencapsulate incinerator ash waste containing Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) metals with elevated levels of dioxins and furans as Underlying Hazardous Constituents (UHCs) (Information Item).
