- TOWN OF STERLING COUNCIL MEETING 75 N 100 W STERLING, UT 84665 AGENDA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE STERLING TOWN COUNCIL WILL HOLD ITS REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING ON TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 18, 2025 AT 7:00 PM AT THE STERLING TOWN COMMUNITY CENTER, 75 N 100 W, STERLING, UT. Agenda shall be as follows: Welcome by Mayor Zeb Wignall, Pledge of Allegiance and Roll Call. Discussions/Concerns brought up by community members or council not to be voted on. Canvass of the 2025 Municipal General Election results Cade Penney with R6 to give updates and CiviclinQ overview. Discussion with Nick Lyon and Thomas Peterson concerning the (WUI) Wildland Urban Interface House Bill 48. Update on Privacy Policy Report Review the Fraud Risk Assessment. Approval of Minutes from Previous Meeting(s). Report of Officers - Boards - Committees Approval of Payment of Bills Adjournment Items on the agenda (which require no published notice of time) may be considered earlier than shown on the agenda. **Items added to the original agenda which was posted on November 14, 2025 are highlighted in red.
