- PAROWAN CITY COUNCIL SPECIAL MEETING AGENDA TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 4, 2025 -4:00 P.M. PAROWAN CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS 35 E. 100 N., PAROWAN, UT 84761 Notice is hereby given that the City Council of Parowan, Utah, will hold a special meeting beginning at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 4th, 2025. The Council will meet in the Council Chambers located at 35 East 100 North, Parowan, Utah. This is a public meeting, and anyone is invited to attend. COUNCIL MEETING 1. Welcome and Call to Order: Mayor Mollie Halterman 2. Opening Ceremonies: By Invitation 3. Declaration of Conflicts With or Personal Interest In any Agenda Items: City Councilmembers WORK AGENDA: 4. Work through Legacy B Estates Development Agreement 5.
