Box 175, Annabella, UT 84711 ANNABELLA TOWN COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Annabella Town Council will hold the Canvass of the 2025 General Election and a regular Town Council meeting on Thursday, November 13, 2025 beginning at 6:00 p.m. in the Annabella Town Council Chambers, 295 East 300 North, Annabella, Utah. Mayor Brent Christensen will be conducting the meeting. The agenda is as follows (Note: The agenda may be accelerated, or items may be discussed in any order): Canvass - 6:00 p.m. I. Election Canvass A. Roll Call B. Canvass of the 2025 General Election C. Approve canvass results Town Council Meeting II. Business Considerations A. Opening remarks B. Pledge of Allegiance C. Citizen input - Limited to three minutes per comment. III. Appointments A: Brad Sharp (representing Darren Sharp) - Discussion regarding past-due water bill, potential payment plan, or alternative agreement to facilitate water service reconnection. B: Rick Roberts, Kimball & Roberts-present financial review C. Annabella Youth Council -Ideas for upcoming activities IV. Council Business A. Approval of Meeting Minutes B. Approval of Warrant Register C. Review and consider adoption of Culinary Water Master Plan D.
