- A M E N D E D NOTICE OF CITY COUNCIL MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RICHFIELD SEVIER COUNTY, UTAH Pursuant to ยง52-4-6(2), UCA, notice is hereby given that the City Council of Richfield City, Sevier County, Utah, will hold a regular council meeting on Tuesday, October 28, 2025, in the Council Chambers, Richfield City Center, 75 East Center Street, commencing at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: ( The agenda may be accelerated, or line items may be discussed in any order.) 1. CALL TO ORDER 2. OPENING REMARKS 3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE by invitation 4. ROLL CALL 5. MINUTES APPROVED - Consider a motion to approve the minutes of the meetings held on September 9 and September 23, 2025. 6. BUSINESS a. Planning Commission Report. b. Whites' Sanitation to discuss renewal of contract. c. Consider adopting Notice of Impending Boundary Adjustment along with Ordinance 2025-7 annexing the property of Lance and Mandy Larsen and Justin and Jamie Jepson. d. Consider a motion to lease a hangar space to Hank Marsh. e. Consider a motion to lease a hangar space to Joseph Bostik. f. Consider approving the purchase of a forklift (telehandler) for $61,000, using funds budgeted for the equipment purchase in the capital projects fund. 7. OTHER BUSINESS 8. ADJOURNMENT
