- PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the County Council of Cache County, Utah will hold a TRUTH IN TAXATION MEETING and PUBLIC HEARING at 6:00 p.m. in the Cache County Historic Courthouse Council Chambers, 199 North Main Street, Logan, Utah 84321, on Tuesday, November 18, 2025. Council meetings are live streamed on the Cache County YouTube channel at: https://www.youtube.com/@cachecounty1996 Virtual Meeting Link: https://meet.google.com/qty-mmmk-ppz ________________________________________ CACHE COUNTY COUNCIL AGENDA TRUTH IN TAXATION MEETING - 6:00 p.m. 1. Call To Order 2. Review and Approval of Agenda 3. Statement on Proposed Increase a. Cache County is proposing an 18% property tax increase of $3,721,500.00 for 2026 for the purpose of meeting inflationary costs of personnel and public safety. 4. Open Public Hearing for Public Input Both in Person and Virtually a. Consideration of a Proposed Property Tax Increase that Exceeds the Certified Rate 5. Close Public Hearing 6. Discussion and Final Action on Proposed Tax Increase 7. Adjourn On Tuesday, November 4th 2025 at 12:00 p.m. a copy of the foregoing notice was posted in conspicuous view in both the foyer of the Cache County Historic Courthouse, Logan, Utah, and the foyer of the Cache County Administration Building, Logan, UT. A copy was also posted on the Cache County website at https://www.cachecounty.gov/ and the Utah State Public Notice website at https://www.utah.gov/pmn/.
