(MINUTES) Item No. 1 Lot Line Adjustment: ALUA will review, discuss and may approve a lot line adjustment between parcels 02-312-0033 & 02-312-0034 filed by Lars Bergeson. (APPLICATION) Item No. 2 Stack LLC Building Plan ALUA will review the landscaping plan and may consider approval of the commercial site plan. (PLAN) Agenda posted on 10th day of November 2025 Ty Cameron, City Recorder.
