- SANPETE CONSERVATION DISTRICT SANPETE CONSERVATION DISTRICT MEETING AGENDA Date: Thursday, November 13, 2025 10:00 am 32 East 450 North, Ephraim, Utah 5 SOUTH MAIN STREET, DOWNSTAIRS 1. Welcome and Introductions a) Approve meeting agenda for November 13, 2025. Is there anything else that needs to be added to it? b) Approve minutes from October 9, 2025. 2. Clerk Report: a) FY 2026 Quarter 1 SERA and Financial reimbursement requests have been submitted to the UCC office. b) FY 2026 Quarter 1 transparency report was submitted on the state auditor reporting page. There was an issue with it and it has been fixed and re-submitted. 3. Financial Business: CD Board a) Deposits made b) A motion is needed to pay all outstanding bills/invoices before the board: a. Reimburse Tracy Balch for flowers for Bruce's family members funeral 4. Board Business: Board Members a) Upcoming projects b) SERA: motion to use SERA funds for any Supervisor attending the meetings mentioned during the meeting. 5. UDAF Business: a) Updates b) ARDL: c) Watershed 6. NRCS Business: a) Updates b) Other information 7. CD Employee Business: a) Updates b) CD Equipment c) Other 8.
