- PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE EMERY COUNTY SPECIAL SERVICE DISTRICT #1 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Emery County Special Service District #1 will hold a Public Hearing during its regularly scheduled meeting to receive public comment on the proposed budget for 2026. Details of the Public Hearing: Date: Monday, December 8, 2025 Time: 10:00 A.M. Location: Emery County Building 75 East Main Street Castle Dale, Utah 84513 Purpose of the Hearing: The District seeks to receive public comment on the proposed budget for 2026. All interested citizens are encouraged to attend and provide input regarding the proposed amendment and fund transfer. Following the hearing, the Board of Directors of the Emery County Special Service District #1 may take action to amend the budget and authorize the transfer.
