- PUBLIC NOTICE ST. GEORGE HOUSING AUTHORITY Wednesday November 12, 2025 8:30 a.m. Notice is hereby given that the St. George Housing Authority will hold a board meeting at the Dixie Sun Manor complex located at 975 N. 1725 W. # 101, St. George UT 84770. The agenda for the meeting is as follows: 1. Approve minutes of Board Meeting October 14, 2025. 2. Review Housing Assistance Reports (HAP) November 2025. 3. Discuss 2025-2026 SGHA budget. 4. Presentation on Utah's Open and Public Meetings Act by Ryan Dooley, St. George Attorney, for annual compliance. 5. Update Admin updates from Nan McKay (Consulting firm) HOTMA, INSPIRE. 6. Report on Training MRI Ascend Conference. 7. Jane Fehrenbacker report on DSM. 8. Congratulate Jimmie Hughes the new City of St. George Mayor. 9. Reports from Board Members and Housing Director. 10. Request a closed meeting to discuss litigation, security, property acquisition or sale of the character and professional competence or physical or mental health of an individual.
