- NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Garland City Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a regular meeting at 7:00 pm on the 11th day of November 2025 at the Garland City Building. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. Call Meeting to Order 2. Vote to Approve Minutes a) September 2, 2025 b) October 14, 2025 3. Public Hearing, consideration and possible action on the request for a rezoning of the property located at 657 West Factory Street (parcel no. 06-064-0053) from the AG (Agricultural) zoning district to the R-1 (Residential) zoning district. 4. Public Hearing, consideration and possible action on Garland City Code text amendments related to the creation of Title 12 Adequate Public Facilities Ordinance. 5. Consideration and possible action on the preliminary plat for Wings Subdivision located in the vicinity of 13600 N 6000 W. 6. Discussion and Possible Action on Commercial/Industrial Zoning 7.
