- Rockville Planning Commission Regular Meeting Agenda October 14, 2025 6:00 pm The Rockville Planning Commission will hold their regular meeting on Tuesday, the 14th day of October, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. in the Rockville Community Center Town Hall, 43 E. Main, Rockville, Utah. 1. CALL TO ORDER - ROLL CALL: Chair Rybkiewicz 2. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE: Chair Rybkiewicz 3. DECLARATION OF CONFLICT OF INTEREST WITH AN AGENDA ITEM. Public Comment - If you wish to speak during Public Comment, please sign in with the Town Clerk by 5:45 p.m. If more than one person desires to speak on the same topic, a time limit may be imposed. The Planning Commission will not respond to comments or questions but will take the comments into consideration for possible discussion at another time. Rules for making comments: 1. You must be a resident or property owner of the Town of Rockville. 2. PUBLIC COMMENT SHALL NOT BE ALLOWED ON ANY AGENDA ITEM OR PENDING LAND USE APPLICATION. 3. Speakers shall be courteous and show respect. Comments shall not include obscene or profane language, nor contain attacks on any individual. Such actions will be grounds for removal from meeting upon request by a Planning Commission member. Written comments may be submitted anytime to the Town Clerk at PO Box 630206, Rockville, UT 84763 or rockville@rockvilleutah.gov Written comments will be published on the Town's website the prior to the Planning Commission meeting 4. Consideration and Action on a Minor Subdivision Request-South Mesa-Kelland Terry- Willie Holdman-continued from last month 5. Consideration and Action on a Building Permit for Jacob Anderson for South Mesa- returned from Town Council-(as requested from Jacob Anderson this is continued to November) 6. Consideration and Action on a Special Event Permit-Butch Cassidy Run-Town of Springdale-Robyn Sanders 7. Consideration and Action on a Special Event Permit-Zion Academy Nativity Program- Tim Arnold 8. Consideration and Action on a Building Permit for 101 East Main-Sant Home-AAA Disaster 9. Discussion and Recommendations for Amendments to the Current Building Permit Application, along with Fire Zone 1 & Fire Zone 2 revisions-(referred for review from the Town Council) 10. Approval of the minutes for September 11, 2025 Regular Meeting & Work Meeting Information/Discussion/Non-Action Items. 1. Planning Commission Chair Report-Ken Rybkiewicz The next Planning Commission meeting will be November 11, 2025. 2. Update on Doyle Timmons River Permit-Hydrology Study-429 West Main-Tim Arnold 3.
