- PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE EMERY COUNTY SPECIAL SERVICE DISTRICT #1 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Emery County Special Service District #1 will hold a Public Hearing during its regularly scheduled meeting to discuss the transfer of fund balance to the Capital Improvement Fund. Details of the Public Hearing: Date: Monday, November 10, 2025 Time: 10:00 A.M. Location: Emery County Building 75 East Main Street Castle Dale, Utah 84513 Purpose of the Hearing: The District seeks to amend its General Fund in order to transfer overage funds to the Capital Improvement Fund. Public comment will be received during the hearing. All interested citizens are encouraged to attend and provide input regarding the proposed amendment and fund transfer. Following the hearing, the Board of Directors of the Emery County Special Service District #1 may take action to amend the budget and authorize the transfer.
