- November 10, 2025 Attention: Public Hearing Cancelation Notice Contact Person: Cache Hancey, Senior Planner 707 E Mill Road Unit 202 Vineyard, UT 84059 (801) 226-1929 Massage and Energy Therapy Establishments, Sexually-oriented Businesses, and Business License Appeals Text Amendments NOTICE is hereby given regarding the CANCELATION of the public hearing(s) before the Vineyard Planning Commission on June 18th, 2025, at 6:00 pm, and the City Council on June 25, 2025, at 6:00 pm or as soon thereafter as possible located in the Council Chambers at 125 S. Main Street, Vineyard, Utah 84059. At the November 5th Vineyard Planning Commission Meeting, the Commissioners decided that the proposed Zoning Code Amendments were not necessary. Public comments, questions, and requests for copies of application materials are encouraged to be emailed to Cache Hancey at cacheh@vineyardutah.gov. I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Public Hearing Cancelation Notice was posted at the Vineyard City Offices, the Vineyard City website, posted on the Utah Public Notice website, and delivered to surrounding entities. /s/ Madison Reed, Planning Technician
