- Agenda Town of Leeds Town Council Wednesday, November 12, 2025 PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Town of Leeds Town Council will hold a PUBLIC MEETING on Wednesday, November 12, 2025, at 7:00 PM at the Leeds Town Hall, 218 N. Main Street, Leeds, UT 84746. If you are interested in participating remotely via Google Meets, please contact Town Hall at 435-879-2447 or email the clerk@leedstown.org for Google Meets details. Regular Meeting 1. Call to Order/Roll Call 2. Invocation 3. Pledge of Allegiance 4. LEEDS GENERAL ELECTION CANVASS - TO CANVASS THE ELECTION RESULTS 5. Declaration of Abstentions or Conflicts 6. Consent Agenda: a. Tonight's Agenda, Wednesday November 12, 2025 b. Meeting Minutes of October 22, 2025, Work Session c. Meeting Minutes of October 22, 2025 7. Staff Reports 8. Announcements: 9. Citizen Comments: No action may be taken on a matter raised under this agenda item. (Three minutes per person.) 10. Discussion and Possible Action Items: a. Babylon Lands, LLC Mixed-Use Development Agreement Ordinance 2025-08 b. Disconnection of L-2-D - Ordinance 2025-07 c. Review of Water Supply Agreement 10. A Closed Session may be held pursuant to Utah Code Section 52-4-204 & 205. 11. Adjournment The Town of Leeds will provide reasonable accommodations for persons needing assistance to participate in this public meeting.
