- PARK CITY MUNICIPAL CORPORATION CITY COUNCIL - LEGAL NOTICE 445 Marsac Avenue, Park City, Utah Tuesday, November 18, 2025, 5:30PM The City Council of Park City, Utah, will hold its regular meeting in person at the Marsac Municipal Building, City Council Chambers, at 445 Marsac Avenue, Park City, Utah 84060. REGULAR SESSION 5:30 PM Items Listed Below May Include Discussion and Public Hearing Bonanza Park - Rezone and Land Management Code Amendments - Consideration of an Ordinance to Rezone Approximately 70 Acres Between Park Avenue, Kearns Boulevard, Bonanza Park, and Deer Valley Drive from General Commercial and Light Industrial to Bonanza Park Mixed-Use District, Enactment of Land Management Code Chapter 15-2.27 to Implement the Bonanza Park Small Area Plan through a New Mixed-Use Zoning District to Create a Vibrant and Pedestrian-Oriented Mixed-Use Neighborhood, Updates to the Frontage Protection Zone to Protect the City's Entry Corridors Through Height Regulations, and Updates to Chapter 15-6.1, the Affordable Master Planned Development Code, to Allow These in the New Bonanza Park Mixed-Use Zoning District.
