- NOTICE OF DATE, TIME, PLACE AND AGENDA The Minersville Town Council will hold a regular Council Meeting Monday October 6, 2025 at 5:00 pm at the Minersville Town Hall The following is the agenda: Mayor will open the meeting stating the time and date 1. 5:00 Approve minutes from the September 2, 2025 Council Meeting 2. 5:05 Bryan Phelps: Building permit 3. 5:15 Cherstie Woolf: Mineral Mountain Academy 4. 5:25 Dallan Goff: Discuss home schooling 5. 5:35 Resolution 10.6.2025 A RESOLUTION CANCELING THE NOVEMBER 4, 2025 MUNICIPAL GENERAL ELECTION ASD DECLARING EACH UNOPPOSED CANDIDATE ELECTED TO OFFICE 6. 5:45 Planning and Zoning recommendations for changes to Chapter 18 Single Family Residential zone and new additional chapter 18B Single Family Residential Zone Accessory Dwelling Unit Residential Conditional Use Guidelines. Recommendation on Water Efficiency Ordinance. 7. 5:55 Marquee repair bid 8. 6:05 Swimming pool bids 9. 6:15 Pay bills 10. 6:25 Other business Itron update Notice: The Town Council may adjourn to Executive Session pursuant to the provisions of '52-4-204 and '52-4-205, Utah Code Annotated (1953), as amended. Electronic Meeting: The Board has adopted Resolution No. 3.2.22 which provides procedures that board members may follow in order to participate in a meeting electronically.
