- NOTICE OF MEETING OF THE WASHINGTON COUNTY RAP ADVISORY BOARD PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Washington County Recreation, Arts, and Parks (RAP) Disbursement Advisory Board, in St. George, Utah, will hold a Regular Meeting in the 3rd Floor Training Room 312, 111 EAST TABERNACLE, ST. GEORGE, UTAH, commencing at 12:00 P.M. on TUESDAY, OCTOBER 14, 2025 1. Welcome 2. Approval of Minutes: October 7, 2025 3. Application Review; Exchange Club of St. George Film Media Alliance of Southern Utah Girls on the Run HAM Productions Harry Bertoia Hurricane Valley Symphony Kayenta Arts Lieto Voices Red Rock Music Association Saint George Chamber Singers 4.
