- TOWN OF ORDERVILLE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION MEETING AGENDA The regular meeting of the Orderville Town Planning and Zoning Commission will be held Wednesday, July 30, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. in the basement of the Orderville Town Office located at 425 East State Street, Orderville, Utah. The following items will be discussed and acted upon as required. CALL TO ORDER APPROVAL OF AGENDA: APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF THE PREVIOUS MEETING: June 25, 2025 BUSINESS: 1. APPROVE/DENY A SIMPLE LOT SUBDIVISION APPLICATION GOING FROM 1 LOT TO 2 LOTS AS REQUESTED BY KANE COUNTY SCHOOL DISTRICT, PARCEL O-4-32-ANNEX 2.
