- NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Eureka City Council will hold its Work Meeting on Monday, October 27, 2025. The meeting will begin at 6:00 pm. The meeting will be held at 15 North Church Street, Eureka, Utah 84628. This meeting is open to the public, but no comments will be taken. 6:00 pm 1. ROLL CALL. 2. DISCUSSION ITEMS: A. Shay Morrison, Community Advisor - Subdivision Checklists Resolution. B. Dan Fechner, Jones & DeMille - Subdivision Standards Details. C. Discussion on Business License Fees and Procedures. D. Discussion on Bookmobile. E. Discussion on Lights and Security System. F. Review of Purchase Requisition Forms/Quotes: - Review of Quotes for Chlorinator Parts (Emergency Repair). - Review of Quotes for Repairs on Ford F550. G. Discuss Yearly Service Maintenance Agreement with Matt Player. H. Review of Consent Agenda Items: - Minutes from October 14, 2025, Council Meeting. 3. ADJOURNMENT.
