- PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE UTAH COUNTY COMMUNITY REINVESTMENT AGENCY WILL HOLD A PUBLIC MEETING IN THE COMMISSION CHAMBERS - ROOM 1400 OF THE UTAH COUNTY ADMINISTRATION BUILDING 100 E CENTER ST, PROVO, UT 84606 September 24, 2025 - 2:30 PM When necessary, board members may participate electronically with the anchor location as stated above. The public may participate at the anchor location stated above. Public comments will be limited to two (2) minutes per individual unless otherwise approved by the Board. APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES FOR THE FEBRUARY 19, 2025 UTAH COUNTY COMMUNITY REINVESTMENT AGENCY PUBLIC MEETING -Jolynn Clegg, Clerk 2. APPROVE A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE SURVEY AREA FOR THE QUICKSILVER SOLAR PROJECT, AUTHORIZING THE PREPARATION OF A DRAFT COMMUNITY REINVESTMENT PROJECT AREA PLAN AND BUDGET, AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING ALL NECESSARY ACTION BY THE AGENCY, STAFF, AND COUNSEL -Paul Jones, Attorney 3. SET A DATE, TIME, AND LOCATION FOR A PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER ADOPTING THE OFFICIAL QUICKSILVER SOLAR PROJECT AREA PLAN AND BUDGET. SUGGESTED DATE: OCTOBER 29, 2025 AT 2:00 PM IN ROOM #1400 OF THE UTAH COUNTY ADMINISTRATION BUILDING AT 100 EAST CENTER STREET IN PROVO, UTAH. THE DRAFT QUICKSILVER SOLAR PROJECT AREA PLAN AND BUDGET ARE AVAILABLE FOR PUBLIC REVIEW BY MAKING A REQUEST AT SUITE 320 HCH 100 EAST CENTER STREET IN PROVO, UTAH -Paul Jones, Attorney PUBLIC COMMENTS NOTICE OF SPECIAL ACCOMMODATION DURING PUBLIC MEETINGS - In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during this meeting should notify Jolynn Clegg at 801-851-8113. Handicap parking is available as well as a level entrance to the building. Interpretation services are available with prior notice for the hearing disabled.
