Other/Adjourn ______________ NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Bluff Town Council and Bluff Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a Special Meeting of the Governing Bodies for a Public Hearing on Tuesday, October 28, 2025, starting at 5:00 pm at the Bluff Community Center, 190 N 3rd E Street, Bluff, UT, 84512. The purpose of the hearing will be to receive comments from the public regarding the adoption of an ORDINANCE REGULATING ENGINE BRAKE (JAKE BRAKE). The proposed ordinance would enact regulations regarding using engine breaks within town limits to prevent noise nuisance caused by highway traffic. A copy of the drafted ordinance, as well as additional meeting details can be found at www.townofbluffutah.gov/public-notices. Written comments may be submitted to the Town of Bluff, P.O. Box 324, Bluff, Utah, 84512, or emailed to office@townofbluffutah.gov until Friday, November 7th at 5:00 pm.
