- IRON COUNTY, UTAH IRON COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION & COUNTY COMMISSION PUBLIC HEARINGS Proposed Zone Change The Iron County Planning Commission and Iron County Commission will hold a public hearing and consider action at their regularly scheduled meetings: Planning Commission (recommendation on the zone change): Thursday, November 6, 2025 at 5:30 PM Festival Hall (105 North 100 East, Cedar City, Utah). County Commission meeting: Monday, November 10, 2025 at 10:00 AM Iron County Courthouse (68 S 100 E, Parowan, Utah). The hearings are to receive public comment on an application for a zone change from Residential 1/2 Acre (R-1/2) to Residential 4000 square feet (R4K) - Located on 4000 N 2600 W, Cedar City, UT. Applicant: Brady and Marci Webster c/o Platt & Platt Engineering Approximately 16.66 acres, - within Section 21, T35S, R11W, SLB&M, Iron County, UT APN: (D-0612-0002-0000) All interested persons are invited to attend.
