- The 2025 General Election will be November 4th. Ashley Valley Water and Sewer Improvement District, Jensen Water Improvement District, Tridell-Lapoint Water Improvement District, Naples City, and Vernal City all have races. Please see the attached sample ballot and information sheet to see the races and candidates. Ballots with the applicable entity and races will go out to only those Voter within that entities boundaries. Not everyone will receive a ballot. Testing of the equipment will be October 2nd at 1 pm. Ballots go out in the mail October 14th. Drop Boxes are available. THE LAST DAY TO REGISTER TO VOTE IS OCTOBER 24TH. Early Voting will be held October 21st thru October 31st, M-F, 8 am - 5 pm. Vote Center is available form 7 am to 8 pm on Election Day in the County Building. BALLOTS MUST BE RECEIVED BY 8 PM ON ELECTION NIGHT IN ORDER TO BE COUNTED. The Election will be audited November 7th at 10 am. The Canvass will be held by the individual entities on November 17th.
