- Notice is hereby given that the Payson City Board of Adjustment will conduct a public meeting on Wednesday, October 29, 2025, beginning at 6:00 p.m. at the Payson City Center located at 439 West Utah Avenue, Payson, Utah. The meeting will be conducted as follows: 1. Call to Order 2. Roll Call 3. Review Items 3.1 Request by Scott and Alicia Greenwalt for a variance to Payson City Code 13.14.060.5 Setback Requirements, to allow for a corner lot side setback reduction on Utah County Parcel #49:384:0031 at 511 E. 1250 S. in Payson, Utah. 4.
