- PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Rush Valley Town Council will hold a regular meeting on Wednesday, September 24, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. The meeting will be held at the Rush Valley Town Hall, 52 South Park Street, Rush Valley, Utah. AGENDA IS AS FOLLOWS: 1. Pledge of Allegiance/roll call 2. Approval of meeting minutes - August 27, 2025 3. Sheriff's report 4. Mayor's Recognition Award 5. Approval of a resolution cancelling the race for mayor in the general election 6. Review of insurance policy 7. Craig Park - Request to access town street 8. Approval to remove curb and pour concrete at fire station 9. Consideration to sell or surplus two fire department vehicles 10. Fire department report 11. Council reports 12. Safety topic 13. Payment of bills 14. Public comments 15.
