- **AGENDA UPDATED ON 2-12-2025 6:30 PM LINES 5,6 AND 7.** Agenda for Austin Community Special Service District Date: Tuesday February 18th 2025 Location: 35 West Main, Elsinore, Utah. Time: 6:30 p.m. The Agenda for the meeting consists, in part, of the following: (1) Call to Order. (2) Approval of Minutes: Regular Meeting if needed. (3) Approval of new board member. (4) New water rates. *attached* (5) Colby Eyre water connection. (6) Annexation of additional properties (7) Public comment (2 minute each) (8) Update on current projects. (9) Adjourn Regular Meeting Minutes February 18, 2025. Minutes of the scheduled regular meeting of the Austin Community Special Service District Held the 18 of February 2025 was held at the town hall 35 W Main Elsinore Utah. The meeting commenced at 6.30 pm with board members: Shannon Heaps, Bob Teagle, Donny Hansen, Jeff Roberson and County Commissioner Ralph Brown. Austin community clerk, Marsha Johnson and Treasure Holley Fillmore were also in attendance. Absent were members Rick Larsen and Kendall Torgerson. Meeting called to order by Chairman Shannon Heaps A Motion was made to approve Jeff Roberson as a new board member. Motion Bob Teagle, 2nd Donny Hansen Report from Scott Hansen on how the water project is going. Discussed the different water tanks and sizes. Looking forward to having enough water to provide for future. Discussion on pipes that are breaking. There was a motion to pay Shannon. Motion, Donny Hansen 2nd Bob Teagle. Discussion on a water connection for Colby Eyre for stock watering. Motion 1st Shannon 2nd Donny Hansen It was agreed that all future annexations will be approved on a case by case basis. All present board member were in agreement of this. A motion was made to adjourn the meeting. Motion: Shannon Heaps, 2nd Jeff Roberson
