CONSENT AGENDA Approval of check edits list, requisitions, and dispositions Approval of September 16, 2025 Commission Meeting Minutes Approval to promote Kiely Maxwell, Emelyn Oliverson, and Kavery Killpack to a Deputy I. They recently graduated from POST and are Correctional Officer and Special Function Officer certified. Move from Grade 14 to Grade 16, effective 10-13-25. Approval to hire Denise Reid as the Ferron Branch Librarian and Emery Branch Librarian, full time with full benefits. Wage increase of $1.00 ph, effective 10-13-25. Approval to give Kari Alton (Library Custodian) a $1.00 ph wage increase to be a roaming fill in Assistant Librarian, effective 10-13-25. Approval of the assignment that Camille Thomas will be the Cleveland Branch Librarian and Elmo Branch Librarian with a $2 ph wage increase, effective 10-13-25. Discussion Items Items pulled from the consent agenda Open and accept bids for County owned Parcel #01-151E-0024 Ratification of approval of signing of the 2026 Children and Teen Enhancement Mini Grant Discuss/Approve/Deny annual Wheeler backhoe loader rental agreement Discuss/Approve/Deny contract between Emery County and Bureau of Land Management for law enforcement services on BLM land Discuss/Approve/Deny a Resolution stating the Emery County Commission Meeting of October 21, 2025 shall be held in Green River Discuss/Approve/Deny Commission Adjustment on Parcel 01-0151-0038 Discuss/Approve/Deny Commission Adjustment on parcels 06-0019-0001, 06-0020-0001, 06-0021-0001, 06-0022-0001, 06-0023-0006, 06-0028-0003 and 06-0029-0001 Discuss/Approve/Deny agreement between Emery County and Axon Enterprise, Inc for free access to AXON Evidence for the Emery County Attorney's Office Discuss/Approve/Deny contract #260632825 between Emery County and the Governor's Office of Economic Opportunity for the FY2026 Rural County Grant Discuss/Approve/Deny Resolution adopting a Service Animal Policy Discussion regarding term limits for local elected officials, Special Service District Boards and/or appointed advisory boards and consideration of holding a public hearing on Monday, October 20 to receive public comment regarding this matter Elected Official Reports Adjourn Any other business that may regularly come before The Board.
