- Pleasant Grove Historic Preservation Commission Agenda Meeting Date and Time: Thursday, August 21, 2025, 7 PM Meeting Place: Old Town Hall (105 South 100 East) Opening Motions Excused: Amanda Rojas Motion to begin meeting: Second: Motion to approve July meeting minutes: Second: Monthly Subcommittee Check-in Reports Conduct subcommittee monthly check-in reports from subcommittee heads: Preservation (Amanda Rojas, Chris Schow) Explain the Cultural Survey. (Amanda) Community Outreach (Amy Wadley) - Debrief the 18 August walking tour. - Discuss ideas for the Old Town Hall Christmas event. Archives (Sharalyn Howcroft)) None History & Publications (Laurel Cunningham) None Other Business Items 1. Discuss action items and staffing needs for our Heritage Festival table. 2. Talk about a potential community speaker for October (i.e., Christiansen family presentation about Alma Christiansen, local photographer). 3. Discuss the city's Main Street project timelines. 4. Turn time over to Stacy Martineau for a Heritage Festival update.
