- 1. Approval of Minutes: August 26th, 2025 2. Citizen Comments: (see above for instructions) 3. Action Item: Consider a resolution approving the amended and restated real estate purchase, sale, and development agreement between the redevelopment agency of Murray City and Triumph Group Murray, LLC. Chad Wilkinson presenting. 4. Discussion Item: Discuss the Murray City Redevelopment Agency 20025 Annual Report. Elvon Farrell presenting.
- Notice of Special Accommodations (ADA)
- Special accommodations for the hearing or visually impaired will be made upon a request to the Office of the Murray City Recorder, 801-264-2660. The City would appreciate notification two working days prior to the meeting. TDD number is 801-264-2508.
- Notice of Electronic or Telephone Participation
- Agency members may participate in the meeting via telephonic communication. If an agency member does participate via telephonic communication, the agency member will be on speaker phone. The speaker phone will be amplified so that the other agency members and all other persons present in the Council Chambers will be able to hear all discussions.
- Other Information
- The Council meets the first and third Tuesday of each month. An annual meeting schedule is adopted and published in a newspaper of general circulation at the beginning of the year. Meeting agendas are also published on the City's website, as are approved
