- TOWN OF STERLING COUNCIL MEETING 75 N 100 W STERLING, UT 84665 AGENDA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE STERLING TOWN COUNCIL WILL HOLD ITS REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING ON TUESDAY, OCTOBER 21, 2025 AT 7:00 PM AT THE STERLING TOWN COMMUNITY CENTER, 75 N 100 W, STERLING, UT. Agenda shall be as follows: Welcome by Mayor Zeb Wignall, Pledge of Allegiance and Roll Call. Discussions/Concerns brought up by community members or council not to be voted on. Approval of Minutes from Previous Meeting(s); 9.16.2025 (Public Hearing and Town Council). Cade Penney from R6 to update regarding the CDBG Grant and Process. Discussion and Vote on Annexation Policy Discussion and Vote on Adequate public Facilities Ordinance (APFO) Initiation of the Privacy Policy Report Discussion and Vote on the Audit Policy. Discussion and Vote on Personnel Policy Discussion and vote on changing banks to the State Bank of Southern Utah. Report of Officers - Boards - Committees Approval of Payment of Bills Adjournment Items on the agenda (which require no published notice of time) may be considered earlier than shown on the agenda. **Items added to the original agenda which was posted on October 17, 2025 are highlighted in red.
