- State Fair Park Authority August 7, 2025 'Special Fair Session' Board of Directors Meeting Agenda 8:00am Roll Call 8:03am Discussion Item; discussion to amend the decision to send the top (3) finishers In each species of the market show to a one packer. To the top (2) in each species - Larry Mullenax - Jim Webb 8:15am Take Action/Vote 1. Amend the ruling that requires the top 12 finishers (top 3 of each species) to be sent to one packer. To: Send the top 8 finishers (top 2 of each species) to one packer. 8:15am Added market and open show premiums. - Jim Webb 8:30am Meeting Adjourned
