- TOWN OF STERLING COUNCIL MEETING 75 N 100 W STERLING, UT 84665 AGENDA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE STERLING TOWN COUNCIL WILL HOLD ITS REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING ON TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 16, 2025 AT 7:00 PM AT THE STERLING TOWN COMMUNITY CENTER, 75 N 100 W, STERLING, UT. Agenda shall be as follows: Welcome by Mayor Zeb Wignall, Pledge of Allegiance and Roll Call. Discussions/Concerns brought up by community members or council not to be voted on. Approval of Minutes from Previous Meeting(s); 8.26.2025. Discussion and Vote on Standard Water Rates for all resident and non-residents with non-residents paying an additional flat fee. The Planning & Zoning Commission to present the Annexation Policy for review and discussion The Planning & Zoning Commission to present the APFO for review and discussion Discussion & vote on new privacy policy required by the state Discussion and Vote on Personnel Policy Report of Officers - Boards - Committees Approval of Payment of Bills Adjournment Items on the agenda (which require no published notice of time) may be considered earlier than shown on the agenda. **Items added to the original agenda which was posted on September 12, 2025 are highlighted in red.
