- Notice is hereby given that the Sanpete County Commission will hold a public hearing to consider and potentially recommend for approval on the following items: To vacate/abandon Class D Roads: 1104, 1105, 240, 248, 249, 465, 468 and 927, within Sanpete County. The roads to be considered for vacation result from several past work meetings and after considering multiple and varied public requests for road review. The roads listed do not represent every possible road potentially qualified for vacation. To view the map of the roads, please visit the county website www.sanpetecountyutah.gov or use the following links: https://www.sanpetecountyutah.gov/uploads/1/3/6/2/136253634/ bald_mt_roads.png https://www.sanpetecountyutah.gov/uploads/1/3/6/2/136253634/road_927.png Anyone objecting or in support of the proposed items may file a written statement with the Sanpete County Clerk's Office at the Sanpete County Courthouse no less than 10 days prior to the date of the hearing. The public hearing has been scheduled in the Sanpete County Commission Chambers in the Sanpete County Courthouse on the 21st day of October, 2025, at 4:00 p.m.
