- Cottonwood Improvement District 8620 South Highland Drive Sandy, Utah 84093 Telephone (801) 943-7671 Fax (801) 943-1077 www.cottonwoodimprovement.gov NOTICE OF ELECTION AN ELECTION FOR ONE BOARD OF TRUSTEE AT THE COTTONWOOD IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT WILL BE HELD ON TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 4, 2025. INFORMATION RELATING TO THE ELECTION, INCLUDING POLLING PLACES, POLLING PLACE HOURS, AND QUALIFICATIONS OF VOTERS MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE FOLLOWING SOURCES: Salt Lake County Clerk's Election Office. 2001 S. State Street, S1-200, PO Box 144575, SLC, UT 84114 Phone: 385-468-7400 Early Voting Period - October 21 - October 31, 2025 www.SaltLakeCounty.gov/clerk/elections www.vote.utah.gov Cottonwood Improvement District is a special district located in Salt Lake County and contracts with the Salt Lake County Clerk's Election Division to administer the District's election. The election shall be held in conjunction with the Salt Lake County Municipal election and held in conformity with the elections laws of the State of Utah, and such election, every qualified registered voter residing within the boundaries of the Cottonwood Improvement District, shall be entitled to vote.
