- NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Eureka City Council will hold its Work Meeting on Tuesday, October 14, 2025. The meeting will begin at 6:00 pm. The meeting will be held at 15 North Church Street, Eureka, Utah 84628. This meeting is open to the public, but no comments will be taken. 6:00 pm 1. ROLL CALL. 2. DISCUSSION ITEMS: A. Discussion on Flood Control Project. B. Review of Renewal of Rocky Mountain Power Franchise Ordinance. C. Review of Purchase Requisition Forms/Quotes: - Storage Racks (Water Dept.) - Backflow Preventor for use in Emergencies for the Eureka Fill Station (Water Dept.). - Vehicle Repairs - F550. D. Review of Request from Irma Marcel Navarro Casasola to purchase a piece of City Property that lies between her properties on Church Street and Deprizin Street. E. Review of Consent Agenda Items: - Minutes from September 22, 2025, Council Meeting. - Treasurer's Report for September 2025. - Claims Report for period September 11, 2025 through October 16, 2025. - Work Order Reports for September 2025. - Building Permit Report for September 2025. 3. ADJOURNMENT.
