- Metropolitan Water District of Orem Board of Directors Meeting October 28, 2025 8:00 AM - 9:30 AM 1450 W 550 N, Orem, Utah Chairman KC Shaw has called a meeting of the Board of Directors to be held at 8:00 AM on Tuesday, October 28, 2025, in the Orem Public Works, Conference Room 2, at 1450 West 550 North, Orem, UT 84057. The Agenda will be as follows: 1. Prayer 2. Approve minutes of June 17, 2025 Meeting 3. Review and approve the FY 2024-2025 financial audit 4. Discuss closure of the Provo Bench Canal and Irrigation Company and North Union Irrigation Company 5. Discuss MWDO's options and interest in purchasing shares of the Provo Bench Canal and Irrigation Company and North Union Irrigation Company 6. Water supply update 7. Other Business 8.
