- SANPETE CONSERVATION DISTRICT SANPETE CONSERVATION DISTRICT MEETING AGENDA Date: Thursday, October 9, 2025 10:00 am 5 South Main Street (Downstairs), Ephraim, Utah 1. Welcome and Introductions a) Approve meeting agenda for October 9, 2025. Is there anything else that needs to be added to it? b) Approve minutes from September 18, 2025. 2. Clerk Report: a) Finished FY 2026 Quarter 1 SERA and UCC grant reimbursement. They will be submitted after they are signed. b) Working the FY 2026 Qtr 1 State Auditor reports. 3. Financial Business: CD Board a) Deposits made b) A motion is needed to pay all outstanding bills/invoices before the board: a. Pay board members for SERA FY 2026 Qtr 1 reimbursement. 4. Board Business: Board Members a) Upcoming projects b) A motion is needed to approve and sign the FY 2026 Qtr 1 SERA and UCC grant reimbursements. These will be submitted to the UCC office. c) SERA: motion to use SERA funds for any Supervisor attending the meetings mentioned during the meeting. 5. UDAF Business: a) Updates b) ARDL: c) Watershed 6. NRCS Business: a) Updates b) Other information 7. CD Employee Business: a) Updates b) CD Equipment c) Other 8. Other Business: a) Other guests b) Adjournment. Next meeting, Thursday, November 13, 2025, at 10:00 am.
