- PUBLIC NOTICE Duchesne City - Notice of Public Hearing Notice is hereby given that the Duchesne City Council will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, October 7, 2025, at 6:00 p.m., at Duchesne City Offices, 500 E. Main Street, Duchesne, Utah. The purpose of the meeting is to hear arguments for and against the issuance of the Ballot Proposition # 6 RAP Tax Re-authorization.
