Approve Minutes of the Previous Meeting b. Approve Purchase Orders, Payroll and Payment of Bills c. Licenses and Permits COMMUNICATIONS AND REQUESTS a. Discuss and possibly approve annual donation to the American Legion b. Council discussion regarding Resolution 24-20, Power Cost Adjustment OTHER BUSINESS BROUGHT BEFORE COUNCIL a. Discuss and possibly adopt Resolution 25-14 amending the Fillmore City Fee & Rate Schedule (misc amendments) b. Discuss and possibly adopt Resolution 25-15 amending the Fillmore City Fee & Rate Schedule (enact animal adoption fee) c. Discuss and possibly authorize prize money (to be deducted from power bill) for a Christmas lights competition for 2025 d. Discuss and possibly accept a proposed interlocal agreement regarding transfer of the Fillmore Class IVb Landfill from Millard County to Fillmore City COUNCIL/CITY ATTORNEY/MAYOR DEPARTMENT REPORTS (Identification of issues for consideration on future agendas)
