- Legal Notice of Public Hearing Proposed changes to Bear River Health Department Fees Schedule. Wednesday, October 15, 2025 6:00 p.m. Bear River Health Department Bailey Building 655 East 1300 North Logan, UT The Bear River Board of Health will hold a public hearing at 6:00 PM on Wednesday, October 15, 2025, on proposed changes to the fee structure. This public hearing will be held at the Bear River Health Department Bailey Building: 655 East 1300 North Logan, UT. Copies of the proposed fee structure are available for review as an attachment to this notice or on the Bear River Health Department's website: www.brhdut.gov.
